Need help Mutoh Vj-1304e OCE CS9050

I have the following problem I bought a OCE CS9050 with Mutoh firmware but with companycode set 8 (OCE brand) I have upgraded the firmware to 2.01 without reading to much about 2.01.
Now I am looking for a solution:
1.Downgrade?
2.Change company code?
Printer is accepting only original 220 ml OCE cartridge.
I saved board inheritance and prm file before upgrading.
I am willilng to pay for help. I am from Romania.
