It would take 5 minutes to clean this one up in Photoshop and get a decent auto-trace. Do you want a tutorial?

It could be a high quality hand trace including the shadows for a very reasonable fee from The Vector Doctor ... a long time member here.

I wound up doing a cleaned-up auto trace with Corel x5. Come out beautiful.
