Need help with a photo fix - strange request but serious

I have a photo of a high school boy that has an issue. I just can't print it in good conscience. Is anyone able to help me for early next week?

Not posting the photo here. I can email it if it's something you can do, I can pay also if needed. Unfortunately the young man has some larger breasts and it's a swim banner. Don't want it to be too obvious that it was fixed, but maybe lighten up under the nipple area so it doesn't look like the breasts are so large. He's a thinner boy so it sticks out.

It's settled then. Boudica can handle the left, signstein get's the right.
I know how you feel stacey, any time I try to touch something up, it just draws your eyes in instead of hiding as intended, so now all I can imagine is a buxom skinny dude in a group photo, with tex peaking around a corner in the background.

I took todays Image-fix-it challenge ..."how to edit text in a rasterized bitmap".

Just put "vector" in the file name and save it as a PDF file. Voila! It's easy.
