Need help with GX-640 calibration

I just purchased a "new to me" GX-640 that I paired with my SP-540V to help free up some time for printing. The problem I have is that the cut lines are consistently off by 1/32" in the x direction and 1/16" in the y direction. I've tried:

1. calib function, but it doesn't make any difference.
2. offset under cropmark manual, but since I am using sensor, it doesn't make any difference.
3. cutting with and without laminate.

Is there an option to calibrate the cropmark sensor.

I finally got this fixed. There is a manual crop mark calibration in the service menu. I was able to correct the issue using it. Just thought I'd post in case someone else has the same problem.

May i ask you how you paired this devices?
What software are you using?
How do you organize your workflow?
I have problem to pair GX-640 and SC-545EX

Sooo...how is accuracy on long cuts? 8' or more.

Not real good. We keep everything to 3' or less. So long jobs that we run through the SP-540V, we set them up to create a new page every 3' or so. That way we can run it through the 640 without problems.

I use Versaworks. I print, laminate then cut.
