Need help with half cut + perf cut

I have my vector design in illustrator & want to half-cut stickers & perf cut around the whole group of stickers. The media is plain & not printed on so I have no registration marks to be recognized. How do I set up Cutting Master to half-cut AND perf cut the same document all without having the registration marks?
I use the Graphtec FC8000 & Cutting Master
