can you help me identify what substrate possibly was used on this Backlit Pylon Sign please - photos attached

What are my options when it comes to backlit Pylons, considering the weather in Ontario Canada.
I use Latex printer but have access to Solvent and other printers.

your expertise and help is appreciated.

cheers

Amazing, thank you for your speedy reply and through explanation. I am

What an amazing time we live in!
This reminded me of how I had to go to the library, hoping to find answers to my technical questions, and that is if I could find a book related to the topic, which then would require reading the whole book to have a chance of finding the answer.
I am talking about my undergrad years (mid 80’s), I now know why we seemed to be good at memorizing everything, from formulas, tables and whole lot of not necessarily useful data, it was because recalling the information was not an easy task, except via your own memory.

Today my question got answered only a few minutes later by JBurton who generously shared his/her knowledge, …finding the same info would have been a challenging quest years ago, would have required a visit to a sign shop and a few suppliers (with printed photos in hand).

Enjoy your privileges folks, specially young ones, hopefully you will be able to write a similar comparison in a few decades, that is if we collectively get our act together.

Cheers
