Need help with my Graphtec fc8000

Having problems with my plotter with brand new blade. Some cut lines are jagged and not consistent and seems to be a different sound than Iam used to.it might just be wore out been using for 4 years any help would be great

Hows the cutting strip? The strip of plastic under the blade?

Not sure if I know what you are talking about nothing under the blade but I'm not around the plotter now
