need help with sp-300i cutting

I have a sp-300i roland versacamm and i am using Flexi Expert as one of my software. I am frustrated because i want to cut the vinyl graphics that i have printed and taken out to Laminate. When i put it back in to cut it with the crop marks, it does not find the crop marks and therefore i can't get it to cut and line up properly. Can anyone help me with this ??????

Are the crop marks aligned on the cutting strip?

Yes the crop marks are aligned with the cutting strip. What else could i be doing wrong ?

Does it find any of the four marks?

Make sure the mark with the rectangle is the front right/ first mark it looks for.
