Need help

i have a Roland color camm PC60, when i send something to "print" it does not pull the cartridge, it just clicks several times, anyone ever run into this

is it an old cartridge that's been reused a few times? sometimes the edges of the tabs wear down and the grab mechanism just cant latch on.

Did your printer pump work well?
And is there air in your ink system?

they are the first questions we can get when there is no ink to print.
