I am looking to print 1,260 double-sided 4x6 horizontal cards on 14pt cardstock with gloss printing on both sides, consisting of 60 different files, with at least 20 copies per file.

You may encounter a problem with this order. We can handle these, but only up to 13 pts. If you go to the BIg houses, they have minimums per order. Zooprinting for one can print up to 16 C/2/S, with a mnimum of 250 per file. You may send a requst for a quote. Otherwise, find a local digital printer that can knock this out in a day.

4Over does 4.25"x6" postcards on 14 pt with UV Gloss coating in quantities as small as 25.

We could help you out potentially. We would print on 14pt C2S, no additional coating. If you want the real glossy UV 4over will do it but looks like about $700 your cost to get 60 sets of 25. We'd come in around half of that + shipping if you're interested in standard 14pt.

Find a local printer. The files should all be 1 up PDFs (with bleeds). With the bounding box being 4x6. Your printer would combine all the files into one. This should be no big deal for your local printer.
