Need quick help on SC540

I have a sc540 and using colorrip. I had a computer problem and had to reload software. Now when I start colorip, it defaults to 8.5 x 11. I have printer set up right, it finds the printer and when you click on Setup and then "Set max width" it shows the right width of material, but when you load images, it only shows it at 8.5x11. The image is 5" x 50" Any help would be appreciated. Jobs waiting.

what type of images are you loading?

if pdf, are your pdf output settings set to page size or art size?

i usually use eps files. I will check output settings in output file

When I load it as a pdf it seems to work alright. Eps keeps it at 8.5x11 so it must be in the output settings for eps file. Will look more and update this post as solved. I hope.
