Need routed foamcore

I need 1/2" foam core cut in to 18" diameter circles. Is there someone out there that can do it or do you have a recommended supplier? I am working on a project which if it takes off could be very high volume. I might start out with 10 then 100 then who knows?

I have about 600 sheets of 24"x48"x1/2" foamcore drop that I could cut this out of. Would love to unload this material and could make you a good deal.
