need some advice for roland cj 500

I need advice I am about to buy Roland CJ 500 print+cut system it is printing
with ECO-SOLVENT colors.
Can somebody tell me how much the device like this costs in $$$$.

Used with Eco-Solv Conversion maybe $8,000 - $10,000 . . .

used without the conversion they go for $5k in SoCal. I saw one in Las Vegas for $1500. The conversion kit is $3k I am told.
