I am really considering packing everything up and moving. I dont want my business to get to big where i am at now, otherwise i am stuck here.
I want to move where it is warm all year where i can work and keep a steady flow all year.
My sales are doubling every year now. So i know if i stick around, i am here for good.

I want to move my shop in Florida. Somewhere around Fort Lauderdale. I am thinking.
What are some of your inputs on this? Otherwise i was thinking San Diego, California area.

I think that it is also where everyone else wants to be and there is lots of competition/possibly more laws/higher rents?... I have a house in So California as well but I wouldn't want to move my shop there.

Austin Texas is pretty nice.
Portland Oregon, it never gets as cold as it does in Wisconsin.
Las Vegas, the housing is cheap now, I hear.

My top three that I would re-locate to.

keep doubling and then sell your client base. It is the only thing that has any worth to your business and leaving the state would be a attractive selling point to buyers.

I dont know if i am ready to start over. But i would rather do it now then later. I have thought about staying around a while pay everything off sell it and move. I am 28 no kids and not married so i really have nothing holding me back right now. I dont think i would like to live in vegas, but there is def a lot of business out there .

Texas or Florida .
No state income tax .
East coast of Florida is good.
Jacksonville is booming right now.
Savannah Georgia could also be oK.(state income tax though)
Why not go work at trane , they have stickers on everything they make, and it would be indoors :clapping:
