Need Suggestions on Print On/ Tattoo Vinyl Heat Press Material Material

I'm new to heat pressing and am wondering what the best printable vinyl is for printing from a Roland SP
to heat transfer onto t-shirts etc.. I'm currently using SEF America Tattoo which seems pricey and tends to curl up pretty bad around the cut contour. Any suggestions would be great on different brands and methods for transfer tape and transfer tape types.
