Need supplier for flat-bed printed signs

I have a client interested in 150 2-sided 6"x28" foamboard signs. All different (same both sides). He would also consider solid ACM if less expensive. Would prefer an 1/8" hole in each corner, but I can drill those if necessary. Don't need to be laminated (will be hanging from a ceiling), but would accept lamination if it's easier to produce. Full bleed (black with white lettering). Any recommendations?

I will check out Firesprint.

We can print decals and apply them, but I'm now a 1 person shop and don't have the time. I even tried to pass the job to some competitors and they didn't want to bother. Client still needs the signs though.
