Any help will be appreciated need help getting or even finding a template for 1990 corvette

15 minutes with a bezier tool and a profile image from the internet will get you in the ball park....... then you just have to measure it and adjust the drawing.

Mosh needs to chime in but it looks like the 84 to 96 vetts have the same body style.

Looks like if you sign up they might have a bigger one to work from.
There are a bunch of other 3d modeling sites with plans that you can search, one of them will have what you need.
