Need to outsource some designs

Hi all,
We are slammed right now. Despite having two designers on staff, we've got more design work than we can handle. I'm considering outsourcing the design portion of a couple of our designs to keep us on target to hit the deadlines. Is anyone interested in helping us out or can you make a recommendation of someone you've used in the past?
