need to reactivate my cs 2

I have a legal paid for copy of cs 2 photo shop.
I need to put in new system and when i tried to load
it I received a message that it was no longer supported.
I can understand that no updates and such are available but
the only way i can see to run is in trial mode and in 30 days
it will shut down
is there a way around this or has someone else had this happen.
I know folks that still use PS 7 so i know i can't be alone in this.

Download it and install using the new download above. Adobe shutdown the activation server. You can use the new download above for an activation free copy.

If I recall correctly CS2 servers are what Adobe just shut down. If you wanted to be able to still use your copy, you had to download a version of CS2 that would accept a universal serial number to unlock it that was independent of the servers.

There was a big thing about it on the internet when they were doing it.

Thanks Sightline got it!! Worked great looks like adobe would have shared that when
I asked for help they just replied no longer supported, no mention of a work around.
I don't use all the time just like to have and really didnt want the new version as i
Have heard that you can t print halftones from the cs6 not sure if that is right
but every once in awhile we will do screen seps and need to fade or halftone something
and the cs2 is so easy to do i was just not ready to give up
