Need wholesale cut vinyl.

Anybody have an idea where I can get this?
I don't want to cut & weed myself.
I need about 1000 white cut vinyl.
I was looking at Stouse but they say there vinyl is only rated for 2-3 years.

This is a white vinyl cut with 7 picks and goes on the back of industrial equipment.
I just thought 2 years was too short and they don't offer any better material.
