I will be sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for this reply . I can not believe the complications in placing simple orders. Sales reps and companies are so variable on price. I have this weeks order for blank material . Same products. 3 prices 1000.00 1257.00 and 1310.00. Then Just backorder an item without a phone call! What if I did that with one of my customers ? Its just not tied to price . Common sense and Customer service is lacking everywhere.
