needing help

Hello, I want to know how to import a photo from an Iphone 4, into my PC without internet connection.I have plugged the phone into my PC and it wants to download all of the pictures from the phone. (I only want to open one) I have tried another phone not MAC and it seems to be able to import/open. Any and all suggestions accepted.

Try this

• Plugin your iPhone to the computer without itunes running
• Wait for a popup asking you what you want to do with the device
• Select “View Content”
• Find your photos through the folders that are displayed
• Copy the images from Windows as usual

But what if we cannot get phone connection, it doesn't happen often but sometimes it does.
