neon board, anyone know any sources?

I have a customer who wants these neon sign boards that have either black lights in the perimeter or led's and you write with fleurescent markers and they light up on a black background. I know years ago up here there was a supplier. In the US this displays2go has them but they are 12 weeks back logged. Anyone know of any other sources that might have such an item
