I like the addition of a couple spot colors on the card ... here is how they don't work, don't put a hair line stroke on black diamond, kern that word, and don't put black and red next to each other, it dulls the red, seperate with white in between and you keep its vibrancy. Personally I would go with a cyan shade of blue. (bright and cool colored)
The background is a little too busy for info, throw a 30% black overlay on it to make it darker and a little less noise heavy.
Phone number sucks. Stick with traditional formats *(999) 999-9999, 999-999-9999, etc* ... stars read as a separators for individual numbers not formatting seperates for different components of a number.
Choice of typeface and formatting. I like the typeface, clean and works ... your formatting is akin to a schizophrenic patient not making his mind up, you have different skews, proportions, drop shadows, outlines and overall ... nothing consistent from one portion to another on the cards. Make up your mind, make sure the skews on your italic typeface are the same, don't squish info to make it work, don't have a lone drop shadow followed by a lone outline, followed by NO outline. Make solid coherent decisions about this and make sure your formatting shows it. And for the love of all that is unholy, try to limit your 'logo' to having one extraneous formatting element.
