SO, I'm doing a run of stickers. 100 - 2inch round. I go to click on the multiple copies and it decides to print just 1 instead of 100..what is up with that?

We set up the multiple copies in the file before sending it to RIP. Been doing that so long, I don't remember why we started doing it that way, but maybe it was because of the trouble you're having. Haha!
i don't know why all of a sudden i'm having issues with flexi. but I just did the multiple copies before i ripped...it only printed 1.

Shouldn't be doing that. If your 'hold-after-print' list is too long you might want to clear it and then restart Flexi. Mine gets cranky when I leave too many in that panel.
I have to leave them there for a short time so I can verify that I didn't miss anything on a multi-layout run. Also to verify Flexi didn't goof the quantities.

Sorry I can't be much more helpful, I'm not the one that runs the production version of Flexi. I hear him cussing at the machines all the time, but that's probably due to a mix of Flexi, printer, plotter, and laminator frustrations. But I'm sure Flexi contributes its fair share. Haha!

Does Flexi also keep a cache of completed RIP files? I feel like I remember having trouble a long time ago with Flexi output to printer and/or plotter getting glitchy if that cache got too full.

I think so. I have been going through and deleting some of the cache files. It's weird too. Not everything is saved and it's weird what is saved and not saved. I have stuff from a couple of years ago in the file but stuff from yesterday is gone.

I print about 80 to 100 short and long run sticker jobs daily and have to deleat my cache files every two days, If I don't it slows the flexi program down enormously and starts to act up.
I deleat all print and cut jobs after I cut the jobs the next day.

interesting. I had a boat wrap I was doing once and it was HUGE. I had to delete files in order to print one side ALONE. It was extremely stressful. It made me appreciate the smaller runs for sure. ANd also gave me confidence on the big ones. But ultimately. I am realizing I need to delete the "hold" files every so often.

I noticed that as well. I usually keep the smaller ones if I think I'll be reprinting them soon...like race car stuff LOL
