I've been in the printing and promotional products industry on and off for almost 20 years. Big chunk of my business was selling labels and a little bit of equipment. Going to check out an established sign shop that is up for sale due to the owner's pending retirement. So know a lot about the sales side of the graphics industry, but new to the production side. Basically coming to this forum for a crash course in the sign industry before I meet the person selling his business. Just went through a round of corporate layoffs and I'm tired of working for other people. So hoping this is my opportunity to go back out on my own.
