New Laptop with Vista.... not doing so well

Tryin to get Omega loaded onto a new laptop that's running Vista. I had asked a question some time ago about the compatability of Omega and Vista. It's not loading, and I'm totally lost. Any suggestions?

Dane what seems to be the problem?

First thing I would do is to turn UAC (User Account Control) off. Go to Control Panel, User Accounts and you should have a selection to turn this "pain in the ass" thing off.

There are plenty of people running this combo.
