Hi I just found this site & after a bit of a look found a lot of helpful info. My name is Maurice & i'm newish to this industry only been it for about a year. Decided I'd had enough of working for idiots in my previous life & figured out I may as well become the idiot & dive into something I knew nothing of. I have a couple of staff who have helped heaps but we have a long way to go.
