With a single hard drive, single DVD drive, and single video card, I would think that 500 Watt PSU would be adequate, but will be kind of close. Any future upgrades and you'd want to probably get an upgraded PSU. I have had great success with Thermaltake PSU and they can be really good price for their quality as well.

Everything seems to be fine from what I can tell at first glance. The only thing I noticed was the ASUS motherboard only has a single PCI-E x16 slot. Really this is fine, especially saying that sign design work wouldn't really need SLI or Crossfire, but for future upgrades, such as a hard drive controller card or some other interface controller card, you might like having an additional PCI-E x16 slot available just in case.
