New print head has moisture

We bought a new print head for our Fast T-Jet Blazer express and I just opened the box to find moisture on it. I have now taken it completely out of the packaging yet. Is this normal for a new print head?

Yes that can be normal. They run a sufficient through them when they test them!

I'd actually take that as a good sign that the solvent didn't leak out in the packaging/shipping process.

Usually heads are shipped packed with solvent.
