New Roland VSi....anyone have one yet?

We just got our VSi 540 last week and chose to go with the dual CMYK setup as our local clients typically do not go for it. Unfortunately the new printer has been a bit of a headache so far as we have had nothing but issues with color management/ print profiles. We have our local tech support coming to view the machine tomorrow to hopefully find what the issue or issues are...any input or advice with versa works or profiles would greatly be appreciated!!

We offer Bordeaux brand replacement ink cartridge for VSi-540, XR640, XF-640. We do have one XR640 in house for test print if anyone would like to send a file. We will print, make it video and send it back to you. Each 440ml cartridge is only $84.00 vs $130 from Roland Eco Sol Max 2 inks.
