Hi,
I recently bought a new material I've never tried before. We use a HP Latex 315.
Material listing here
While I was creating a new material profile and testing it out, I found that the material consistently buckled inside of the dryer and either jammed or smudged the ink. Does anyone know of a setting that the printer has to prevent this? We don't have a take-up reel but I'm wondering if that would be a solution. I tried lowering the temperature to see if that would help at all. The best result I've had so far was just by sitting in front of the printer and holding the substrate down by hand as it ran through. I'd rather avoid having to do that if the printer has some sort of built-in setting I'm not aware of.
