If you're still determined to go cheap then I've have pretty good results with Orajet 3651 as far as it lasting three years. Installation-wise it's gonna suck ass compared to a good air-egress vinyl.

The 3651 is available with air egress. We've used it on tons of flat surfaces and even over rivets with 290 lam. 3551 RA is with 290 is our preferred material for a job like this. On large vertical panels, I find it installs easier than cast because it has less tendency to stretch as you move down (easier alignment).
