OK I got this sign company now. We developed business within our ad agency and decided to break it off to a retail sign shop. I know how to install vinyl, and we digitally print, laminate and mount onsite.
I outsource my vehicle wraps. Here's my problem,
I don't know everything about the sign business. We actually survive well with the Ad Agency being located within the sign shop. What I really need is a working manager that knows the sign business and can run that part of it. This is where I think I need to find my next direction. What do you folks think?
