Hi everyone thank you for allowing me to join your forum. I have just started my own business of personalising anything I can lay my hands on. I started with a small liyu and done a lot with that but have now progressed to a print and cut machine sp300v. Over time while seeking problems out on the internet signs101 have come up with the answer so I thought it was time to join. Thanking you

Welcome, those little sp's are good machines. I still have one running I have had 8 years or so. Keep it running a lot and it will last, the ones that sit are the ones that have more problems. Sounds crazy, but the more ink that goes through them the cleaner the nozzles stay. P-Out1
