We are a supplier of empty cores to the refilling/ remanufacturing industry. We collect through many channels including charities and businesses we have over 10,000 suppliers nation wide and have been doing thisfor 14 years.. We often come accross surplus cartridges because a company of school had changed to a different printer and they had left over stock of ink cartridge supplies.
