This should easy.
You just set up one nic with a set IP address for the PC and connected directly to the printer with a cross over cable. (I.e. 192.168.12.48 for the printer and 192.168.12.200 for the nic card) set the printer and RIP at 192.168.12.48.
You can set the other nic card up DCHP and connect to your router or internet.
