I found this on the internet. It seems like a pretty basic spectrophotometer. I doubt you'd be able to create profiles with it, but it seems to be a neat little device that can read spot colours.
It's not something i'd use in a print shop, but for a designer that works from home on a budget, i can see it being useful.
