no arc with the basic software

This pc has the LXI apprentice software on it
does the apprentice version not give you the "Arc" tool?
or am I just missing something?

You will either have to import from another program or just be forced to upgrade. LXI offers arc text on the LXI Expert Level and higher.

I had to do the same thing earlier this year!!
