no black

hello everone,

I've been gone for a long time, I did my army duty and now i'm back again.
VS-420 has had a test every week but now im back it doesn't print black like not even one stripe in the testprint. I think it is something electronic. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it

Can you post a picture of how your test print look like?

i'M HAVING similar issues with my SP 540 v. I did a test print and there is next to no magenta, someone had said to soak the heads. How is that done and what should be used?

nothing come out from black ? it is better to upload your nozzle test?
you can try other color head cable to test black, see if the black can printout.
And for long time not use the maechine, wash the head and se the nozzle test.
