No CMY? Im getting stumped...

OK so I didn't run the printer for a few days... 4 to be exact. Its a Falcon Outdoor 62. I start it up today and I am only printing from one head. Not getting any ink from the other. I have ink in the dampers, I checked the fuse with an Ohm tester and it's fine. Doing a head soak now to see if that helps at all. I also did about 10 strong cleanings and that did not help either.
Any suggestions?
