Non-corrugated Plastic Signage

I have a customer looking for a .25" non-corrugated plastic sign with raised lettering similar to the one below. Can anyone recommend a vendor to produce this or somethign similar?

the picture is a little blurry, but is that photopolymer or P95 material?

P95 - (non glare acrylic) has clear raster beads that are inserted into the sign
photopolymer - is molded with the grade 2 braille part of the sign

and yes like the others have said Gene is the go to guy

IMO .25" thickness is overkill for a sign that size, .125" would work fine

non corogated? awesome! jist cut some letters on your sticker cutter, and there you go.
