One of a few important things you need is to protect is your student body from poachers. A disgruntled staff member can attempt to steal your staff or students upon their departure. And they can attempt to destroy your reputation. Cover yourself with a non-solicitation agreement and non bad mouth set up for all employees in order to protect your business. This is not the same as a non compete clause that stops a worker from opening a business that competes with you.
