Northern New England Service Tech or Resident Expert

I just picked up a used Scitex FB700 and have been working to get it powered up, and am running into a few issues that I need help with. It sat for a bit, and the magenta head is not filling with ink, and I can't print a test pattern because of an active action. I'm a CNC wood shop, so much of the tech is new to me, and I'm looking to pay for some expert guidance by phone or preferably someone driving distance to Mid-coast Maine (between Brunswick & Augusta).
