Not printing clipped images Help!

Stayed late tonight so I could tie up some loose ends and of course I have everything ready to print and I have nothing but trouble. The file that I am using has multiple clipped areas in it and when I go to print it Visual Production Manager has lost about 3/4 of the file. I am running Signlab 8.0 and Signlab Visual Production Manager as the rip. I think it may be signlab sending it wrong since when I try to convert it to a pdf it has the same result. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Tried that, and it works to a certain extent. The only problem is that when I do that I lose my registration marks for whatever reason and I need to contour cut these. It also seems like it changed the size ever so slightly.
