Notepad trade printer??

Anyone know of a good Trade printer or member that can print some note pads for me just need them 4/0 no bleed or halftones on 4.25 x 5.5 stock with chipboard back either 25 or 50 sheets per pad.

4over and Zoo printing are both coming it at over a buck each. Which is way too high.
