Nothing printing but rip shows it there

Hoping someone can help. I have never had this problem before. First..there is nothing wrong with the printer.
My problem is I printed graphics for a customers trailer. 2 of the graphics were 8" long for the sides, and 30" for the back. Everything worked fine...customer happy..job done. Now he wanted to know if I can print some bumper sticker sized decals of the graphic..I said sure no problem. I am using Flexi 8.1 with my mutoh 1304. So I shrink the graphic down to about 12" long and it is about 4.5" wide. I am also using the same vinyl and profiles as before. Send it to the printer. Flexi shows it in the window..rips and prints..but nothing is printing out except my registration lines for the cutter. I shut down everything and tried again..same outcome. Does anyone know what might be the problem....Thanks in advance

I think your reduce ratio is not proportional. Make print size on different program such as PS or CD whatever you have, save new file under different name and print.

I will try that, thanks...but not sure what you mean...I do this all the time with graphics. I was just wondering if it was a problem with my program all of a sudden.

If other solutions fail, you might need to go to Preference Manager and reset your preferences to an earlier set that you have saved or reset to default. This has worked for me a couple of times.

I'm not sure too. If I understand correctly, you shrink 8"x 30" graphics down to 4.5"x12". But sides should be 3.2" when keeping the ratio. If you need 4.5x12" then you would export the original file as eps or tiff whatever then open it in Photoshop, Illy or Corel to make changes and save as in new name then print. Also check all references in your RIP. Sometimes accidently hit some shortcut controls and confuse what's going on. I always use Deepfreeze on all my comp, if something goes wrong I simply restart the comp for fresh new start.
