Nozzle Check

Ok I add new heads then found that one head was bad and all I got was a long line of black over the other colors when I did a nozzle check... I add the old head back in and printed fine...so with that said I did a nozzle check and printed it out and this is what I got the color blocks are all off not in straight line and it looks like the black printed over the yellow any ideas do I need to do an alignment which I know nothing about to get it all correct

I have a Falcon Outdoor

Go to Menu>Function

Find and make sure these settings matches yours:

KCMY KMY ---> NO
CMY Black ---> YES
KYCMYK ----> NO

Thanks to you guys it is all back printing...now I have a red line around black ink? any ideas why


also it looks a little to dottie and not a clean print? or is it the printer and thats the way it goes!!!

red halo around black typically indicates a calibration issue, a little tweak and it will go away.
