Nozzle issues

Someone Please help. I am having issues with my nozzles on my Mutoh Falcon Outdoor. it set up for about 5 months and when i came from another printshop i had to flusk the lines change the ink cartridges replace the heads, capping station, pump ,dampers etc. now for the life of me i am still having problems with the nozzles. can someone please offer some advise

Head soaks.

If that doesnt work, head replacement.

From what I am getting form this is the printer sat for 5 months and you now have replaced all this and you still have no clue.
Why would a sign shop let there printer sit for 5 months :Oops: ....
Did you just start at this new shop/or is this your shop?

Here is my list
Blown head fuses. Ribbons not hooked up right. Are you dampers filled can you pull in through the capping station. Are the main ink lines clear.
Did you try to dump the lines with cleaning carts.

Sad part is you dumped a butt load of cash on new parts that you might not have needed.
