Nozzle test print help

Hey guys i had problem with my black print nozzle test, and i decided to change the capping station and the pumps. Before there was an air leak between the cap station and the print heads but now there is no air leak, but still am losing some of the nozzles of the black print head. So what's next. Should i replace the dampers first and see if the problem goes away or replace the dampers and the print head manifold. This is 4xCMYK mimaki jv3 spii. You can see from the picture i attached that it starts fine but then it loses some nozzles.

When i do head soak it clears up, also when i pull ink from the bottom of the cap station also it clears up but when i start printing after few feet of printing, it loses some of the nozzles, sometimes the whole black is gone.

This is using my old Roland issues with dropout.

If you remember on the old FJ capping station there was a tube under the captops that fed over to a small rec box. When these lines got blocked it seemed to cause the heads not to re charge although it would be all the heads on that captop. Not sure if you would have similar on your black head captop.

Other thing that caused dropout is an air bubble in the ink line. Seemed to cause enough of a back draw that the head would not recharge.

Last was too cold of temperature in the room but not sure that would play into it where you are.

The bad news was one was just a bad head that may have had a crack inside and created that air leak.

Swap the black damper with another and see if the problem stays on that head or moves with the damper. Its easy to clear the heads later of the wrong color by just doing a block of print for those colors.

All the tube lines are clean since I just changed the cap station and the pumps. I checked for air bubbles in the laines but couldn't see anything. I will try to change the dampers first and see how it goes.

just put the magenta dampers + magenta lines on the black manifold. if magenta magically feeds to the black head, they you can most likely blame dampers or then bad cart or clogged line.

This is what I have found so far. Just wanted to check the cap station again and what I did was I turned off the printer moved the head carriage away and fill the cap tops with solution, and the solution from C, M, and Y went away but from the black cap top it stayed filled. Why is this hapenning. Like i said just replaced the two pumps and the cap staion so all the line are brand new. Can one of the new pumps not work properly.

Finally I found the problem. The tube line that goes from the pump to the waste bottle was pinched so the ink won't flow freely. Even if the pumps are new check the lines again maybe this can help someone else.
